50 birthday present, hand made? Las Vegas?

My Mum is 50 this May, and is going to Las Vegas for her birthday (its also my parents 30th wedding annivesary that weekend), I've offered to pay for her to have a meal somewhere fancy or fly over the grand cannon but I would like to make her something to give when shes back home and something she can keep. I have no ideas what though! I gave her loads of pamper bits for christmas (thanks to lots of discount codes and pampering bargains on the forums!), she also really likes bling so i blinged out a bag for her for christmas which has left me out of ideas for her birthday! She likes things I've made and the time/energy that goes into them.
Does anyone have any ideas of something I could make (or buy) for her please? Thank you :T

What about a decorated photo album, for special photos, something she can leave on the coffee table which will be a talking point.
