the reviews on these aren't great I was going to buy them when they were deal of the day at Argos (29.99) but apparently they're very chunky hard to handle and very fiddly with the steam parts.
the reviews put me off I'm afraid.

As a straightener it works well, smooth to use and fast to heat up. But what its not good at doing is short hair. Its simply too bulky for either small heads or cropped cuts. It would work well on longer hair though.

I have these!
I have boob length (!!) medium thickness hair which is bleached blonde and these are amazing in my opinion. My dd has ghds but these are far superior for my hair, just a few runs through and my hair is poker straight for hours and really really shiny. I love them, might get another pair at this price to keep in my locker at work. Thanks OP.
