You want no 1 if you want to disguise the dark circles under eyes and make your lips have more pout etc as the other numbers are more concealers for uneven skin tones. ( so I've been told anyway)

MMM I dont use foundation as I only use bronzer but under or over it it doesn't matter. Id use it over personally so your not rubbing it off.
Dot it under your eyes and blend with your little finger, there is a brush what the liquid comes out with but I find a finger works best.
You can also use it also over your cupids bow and rub in slightly and it gives the you more of a pout.
I buy the No1 colour as this is more of a highlighter and not a concealer
