debenhams cs email

Hi

can anyone tell me the email address for customer services?

I have 2 parcels from debenhams that were dispatched on 14th dec but on the 17th it says 'Missort to Incorrect Courier' when i click on the link on my order conformation to email them it says 'sorry your having problems' and i can't find an email address on their website. i only have a mobile so i don't really want to phone them.

I have searched but they do not appear to have an email contact except FEEDBACK as above links. Otherwise phone head office switchboard??? 020 7408 4444

I have tried emailing them and I thought I had found the address but their emails were returned the other day. You need to phone them. I'm not impressed with their customer service even on the phone.

Oh and don't let them fob you off telling you that you need to ring hermes, they won't deal direct with the customer HTH.

On their facebook page they ask people to email [EMAIL="blog@debenhams.com"]blog@debenhams.com[/EMAIL] when they post on their about their problems, so might be worth a go?
