How healthy/unhealthy was my tea (dinner)?

Well, like a lot of people by now, I'm fed up of cooking and eating 'roast dinners' and for quickness decided on 'chicken & chips' for mine and hubby's tea.
The chicken was skinless breast (we had the legs as a roast dinner yesterday) and the 'chips' were parsnip chips cooked in my Actifry (teaspoon of veg oil) and a tin of marrowfat peas (yes, I really did feel lazy today!)
I asked my husband if he knew how much better the parsnip chips are than potato chips (Actifried) but neither of us do. Any ideas anyone?
I guess I should make salad tomorrow!

Probably slightly better for you, as vegetable rather than carb, but parsnips are quite sweet so may be higher calorific value.0

That makes me feel a bit better! Thanks! I'm not on a diet or anything, I was just wondering. lolDEBT FREE BY 60Starting Debt 21st August 2019 = £11,024

I would say everything in moderation is healthy, if you fancy it whatever it is as long as it isn't in humungous amounts and every day i think its all healthy ish

Sounds pretty healthy to me! I would think the parsnips have more nutritional value than potatoes, the chicken sounds decent and tinned veg still has plenty of vitamins & other nutrients. Certainly lower fat than most of my suppers! (Which is probably why you are not trying to lose weight and I am!)Trust me - I'm NOT a doctor!0
