I ordered a selection of clothes for dd when Next did the further reductions and having a few issues with my orders, I was wondering if any of the regular buyers would be able to offer some friendly advice?
I made two orders, and two items from each order have been sent out. I have checked my account and they have taken £3.50 which I assume is for the first top, then they have taken £14.50 which I believe would be for a top and a dress. They have not despatched the dress to me but taken payment. They have also taken the incorrect amounts.
Now I know when I went through checkout and verified by visa that I confirmed the totals and was happy with the price I paid.
Can they take any amount they like as they seem to be taking it in dribs and drabs instead of one payment? And where do I stand if they overcharge me and the dress that they have charged me for doesn't arrive?
I have the email confirmations showing the prices I confirmed via verified by visa if it helps.Comping wishlist for 2017

I spotted the suit. It's still under 50 Off. I am wondering when are they going to reduce it any further???? The original price was £50 for the jacket and now £25 and trousers were £28 and now £12.0

Im a regular shopper with them but havent seen that happen before, but it might be worth a quick call to customer services? may be that other items have been sent or are pending dispatch and they havent emailed you confirmation yet? You are safe if you have the original confirmation I'd say.
Ive used Next for years and whenever Ive had any query Ive always found they are responsive and sort it out quickly, so hope it balances out ok, if it doesnt hopefully they will rectify any issue quickly0 -
