Not sure if this is in the correct section ?
But i've been in the same company for around 3yrs and moved from a few different dept inside the same company.
Now i've moved into something which is much more difficult and although im getting recognition from managment my salary hasn't increased but i have a review coming up soon. Rather than just ask for a pay rise i wanted to search for other job/ career roles similar to my own and see what pay they are offering then i have sensible foundations to work on.
