Hey
Am currently looking for a new mortgage deal as my 2 year fixed has come to an end. Slightly more complicated in that the property was bought through Homestake - a shared equity scheme in Scotland.
I know some lenders don't want anything to do with Homestake.
Just wondered if anyone knew of any lenders that were happy to give deals on this basis.
