Reading that last recipe, I think 30 mins would be tight but if you were prepared and practised, achievable.

I ordered on the 29th and mine says processing order still.

edit...just had 4 emails stating each of the items in my order are out of stock, jamie, sherlock blu ray, hungry caterpillar annual and doctor who annual. Very disappointed :-(

OOS does not mean won't be delivered.

I had 10 OOS messages for my 10 £1 annuals - no cancellation messages - followed a day later by 10 messages: out for delivery, in the post.

I read this article today and agree that unless you have everything laid out and ready to go it's impossible to do in the time stated. Also the book is written as the programme, now break off and start this course, then do the desert, now back to the main, slightly confusing if you just want one dish from the menu. However.... it's great! Good food, easy to follow recipies, just not in 30mins!

A lot depends on your experience and familiarity with the recipes involved.

I made:

soup of carrots, ginger & butternut squash;
venison stew;
roast chicken;
roast potatoes.

...today in about 30 mins, not incl cooking time. Simples
