Definitely prefer useful stuff to perfume and jewellery. Trouble is I've got everything I need now except a shopping trolley. I really want a wicker one and they are expensive so I'm asking my parents for one (They're very generous) either for my birthday which is at the beginning of December or for Christmas.

I have a sneaky suspicion that my parents may be getting me a pressure cooker, mother has been desperately trying to convince me that they are much safer nowadays and that they do not explode (my big fear:o ).

I usualy end up with a perfect mix of kitchen gadgets, chocolates and pigs:T My family and friends know me too well:rolleyes:

I don't really have anyone who buys for me *sniffing* but I've asked my DS for an apron :D it's the one thing I really want in my kitchen that I haven't gotten yet.

I saw a lovely black and white striped one yesterday for £5 but couldn't justify the spend
AND it had matching padded ovens gloves for £3
AND my kitchen is black and white with a bit of beech so woulda looked lovely hung up
AND I had 20 quid birthday money in my purse............

Can you tell I'm weakening thinking about it now? I decided instead to spend birthday money on getting DS some clothes as he's just had a growth spurt :o

I have a Mezzaluna (sp) herb chopping board and knife. I have a feeling my mum and Dad might be booking me a cookery course/day with my mum, which I would absolutely love. They were asking very unsubtle questions last week (bless!).
  • A new pressure cooker because the one from freecycle is too small, although its amazing & I am now a reall convert. I would love a wheely trolley in the cow design but ofcourse that means walking alone for the rest of time. Also a new food processor. Not hopeful though as i am buying OH a fridge 7 he is buying me a cooker - how tihngs have changed!!
