OH wants me to make a sausage and tomatoe pie?anyone got a recipe?

Never heard of a sausage and tomato pie! Does he want one because his Mum made him one?? If so ..ask her! If he just fancies it ...does he want a pastry pie or a pie with potato on top??? I think if my OH asked for one I would 1 ...be a little surprised! 2...make a sort of tomato and sausage casserole and put mashed potato on top with grated cheese!I have had brain surgery - sorry if I am a little confused sometimes

Found this if it helps...........
Ingredients
2 lbs thick Epping Sausages
2 large Tomatoes
1 very small Onion
1/4 pint Water
1 lb cooked Potatoes
Salt And Pepper
Method
Peel, slice and fry onion. Boil sausages for 5 minutes, skin and cut in half lengthwise - put 1/2 quantity in pie dish and cover with fried onion and sliced tomato, pepper and salt. Place remaining sausages on top - add water and cover with thick layers washed potatoes. Dot with butter and bake till nicely browned.I have had brain surgery - sorry if I am a little confused sometimes0 -

I think he means a bacon and egg pie! He's at work at the moment so I can't ask him! Or maybe he wants sausage meat and tomatie sausage rolls? but again arh well, I tried
