Yes, you get nothing! Unless the freebie comes back into stock.

Just tried it again & added different products to the basket, but just get the OOS message each time & the basket has nothing free in it any longer! Sorry!! :-(

It looks like you get nothing now. I put in an order earlier and the transaction went through fine, but now it looks like they're out of stock of the freebies

I picked up one of the £8.25 free sets in store this afternoon (bought the £5 bath syrup). Although it clearly had a sign showing the offer on the shelf, the free gift didn't scan as free at the till. Had to go through the whole rigamarole with the SA checking the offer on the shelf, which she agreed was correct and put it through for me manually, but then she removed the sign from the shelf....

It's like it was a genuine offer that they've then tried to suddenly pull for some reason!

This is exactly what happened to me too! Was waiting at the till for about 10 minutes whilst the SA hunted down someone to confirm the offer. The supervisor said that it might be because it is a new offer?

Hi! Was it by any chance the blue coloured box? That wasn't going through the tills as a free gift when I visited Boots today. Ended up with three free gifts of the other one. Seem too indulgent for me to use even if a free gift so will give them as gifts. Thanks OP for alerting us to this offer.
