Ballistick Facebook Game terms and conditions

1. The winners will be chosen at random from a list of all entrants into the prize draw.
2. Closing date for entries into the prize draws are 7 January 2011, 15 January 2011, 21 January 2011 and 28 January 2011.
3. Four prize draws will take place, a winner will be drawn each week beginning 8 January 2011.
4. The winners will be notified no later than 28 February 2011.
5. The winners agree to the publication of their names and county and for photographs to be taken and used in future promotions.
6. There is no cash, credit or other alternative to the prizes offered.
7. Prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
8. All entrants must have chosen to ‘like’ Virgin Money Giving on Facebook.
9. The marathon place is for the Virgin London Marathon on 17 April 2011 only and not transferable to future years.
10. The winning runners must use Virgin Money Giving for any online fundraising associated with the marathon place and undertake to raise a minimum of £1000.
11. The runner is responsible for ensuring their travel documentation is valid and that they are able to manage their personal and professional affairs in order to attend the 2011 Virgin London Marathon, which includes attending the Marathon Expo prior to race day
12. The runner is responsible for arranging their transport to London in order to take part in the race and attend the Expo, and for arranging any required travel insurance. Each runner is responsible for arranging their own accommodation during the event.
13. The runner agrees to undertake a medical examination with a qualified practitioner, such as their registered GP, prior to commencing a training programme for the 2011 Virgin London Marathon.
14. It is the runner’s responsibility to inform Virgin Money Giving of any medical condition which will prevent them from taking part in, or completing, the 2011 Virgin London Marathon.
15. Virgin Money Giving accepts no liability for any personal injury or illness sustained while the runner is training for, travelling to, or competing in, the 2011 Virgin London Marathon.
16. Virgin Money Giving accepts no liability for any unforeseen event which results in the 2011 Virgin London Marathon being delayed, cancelled or rescheduled.
17. Prizes are transferable. The 2011 Virgin London Marathon place is not to be resold.
18. Virgin Money Giving is promoting this prize draw. Its decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be accepted for lost or delayed entries.
19. Virgin Money Giving Ltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend the prize draw at any time, without notice or liability where circumstances beyond its control makes it impossible to continue.
20. Those involved in the promotion and execution of the draw, Virgin Money employees, Virgin Money Giving employees, and any of their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
21.
