Help car finance trouble and cccs need advice please

A few months ago I fell short on my car finance so they let me have a payment holiday and I caught up with the payments over the next 5 months. I am also on a debt management plan with CCCS. I have recently been off work and my income is mainly commission so no work means no wages. Anyways I can't afford my dmp payment or my car finance I can't afford anything. What can I do I'm worried my car will be taken of me or CCCS cancelling. Please help all advice helpful thanks

Yes car finance is separate so I pay them and pay CCCS also. I only have 3 months left to pay and my car is paid off0
