MEET THE PARENTS: LITTLE FOCKERS SKI RESORT TERMS:


CLOSING DATE: 10th January

1. Economy return flights from a London airport for 2, departing the UK on March 4th 2012 returning to the UK on March 7th.
2. 3 nights' stay at a luxury ski chalet in St Anton, Austria sharing 1 room allocated on arrival.
3. Luxury transfer from arrival airport to chalet and from the chalet to the departure airport in St Anton.
4. Catered chalet to include Laurent-Perrier Champagne on 3 evenings, breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner.
5. Private chef, chalet hosts and driver service between 8am and 8pm.
6. Use of the complementary Scott Dunn driver service to and from the front door of the chalet.
7. Towelling bathrobes, a selection of luxury Ren toiletries, hairdryers and daily English newspapers.
8. Prize is subject to availability with no cash alternative; also non-transferable and non-refundable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
9. Entrants should be aware that prizes must be claimed within 21 days of notification of winning or as otherwise stated in the Competition Rules.
10. All those travelling must have valid passports and visas if applicable.
11. All winners must have a full passport valid for 6 months or more from date of travel with two clear pages, and obtain any further documents required for travel. (Please note, the promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to obtain such documents such as visas required for travel).
12. The winner and guest must comply with the terms and limitations of the airline and other transportation and venues involved in the Competition or prize. In particular, they must comply with all health and safety guidelines and instructions and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
13. Passport control and in-country authorities will reserve the right to refuse entry. If the winner and/or guest are refused passage and or entry/exit to or from the country being visited, any additional costs incurred will be your sole responsibility.
14. Travel insurance will not be included.
15. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize excludes all other costs including but not limited to any additional accommodation, travel/transportation costs including but not limited to car hire, UK transfers, ground transportation, parking costs, any inoculation and/or vaccination costs, hotel supplementary charges, excursions, water sports, spa treatments, telephone calls, room service, mini-bar goods, alcohol, programmes, souvenirs, incidental costs, taxes and any insurance, including but not limited to travel and medical insurance, unless otherwise stated.
