Have you noticed how expensive batteries are getting? Starting to take a long harsh look at all my clocks etc - are they all really necessary lol - anyway, Sainsbury's have those good quality Duracell ones by the tills - maybe make the most of those left over from Christmas toys etc? (Eight pack= buy four,get four free)

Much cheaper to buy NimH batteries in long run thats what I use I get the Sanyo Eneloops as they hold a charge better, they may just fall short of the high powered batteries0
