Are they any fixed deals for 90% ltv?

Options
Am going to have to remortgage from October unless the svr works out to be cheaper, but am wondering are there any 90% ltv rates out there?

Sensible to consider future rises but you will not get a rate like that with a remortgage. Are you happy to pay extra for the security of a fixed rate?

Speak to Halifax closer to the time but what is available today could be way off what is available when you come to remortgage.

Work on overpaying if you can.

A combination of that and favourable property prices could open the door to 85% deals.
