What's January like for selling a car?

Is January a good month for selling a car? What's trade like in the car industry at the beginning of the year?
I'm wondering as I'm wanting to sell mine and get another. Would rather do this sooner than later as there's a decent bit of tax and MOT left on it.

it picks up a bit on the sale of new cars, used are hit a bit because no matter what month of the year you got your car, its always a year older on the 1st January in dealer terms.
Good luck with the sale though0 -
and don't forget to factor in the worst year in a long time with regards to job prospects and the potential for rises in interest repayments... t
