Returning Christmas Gifts

I bought my grandson a Real Madrid Tracksuit, and then paid extra for it to be sent by courier to ensure delivery by Christmas Day.

Imagine my dismay when I got a phone call Boxing Day to say I had ordered 2 sizes to small :o

The sites policy is refunds are allowed before 14 days.

I have missed that deadline, but I dont want a refund, just an exchange for the correct size.

Do I have any rights to exchange the item please ?

My daughter bought a Juicy Couture lap top sleeve on the 14th Nov on a trip to London. This was a gift for her sister. Its too small. It was £110. I rang the store and they said things bought then can be exchanged until 5th Jan as they extended the time. As we live in Lancashire we can post it recorded delivery to the shop and they will issue a credit note which can be spent on line. Contact them, Im sure they will help
  • That sounds promising sheilavw, thanks for the reply :)
