What are these like after you've worn them in snow and slush...I imagine they're ruined..never had these or UGGS so bit of a novice in this area:o
Also I thought bearpaw were made in USA but Javari states China as country of origin?0 -
couldn't make up my mind on the bearpaw ones....so ended up going for these skechers instead. thought quite a good price for a wee boot:

This skechers are faux fur lining, where bearpaw boots are 100% sheepskin!!!0

I wore my Bearpaw in the snow and they are still great. I've just checked them and my Emus and they are both made in China. Maybe they are just distributed through the USA.
Am sure Uggs are great too, but I just can't justify the price myself.0 -
Been wearing my bearpaw boots in the snow and slush and they have surprisingly been fine. I did find I had to go a size bigger though.0

I have had my current Bearpaw boots for 5 years and have worn them into the ground...literally! The soles are now falling off!! I am so pleased with how they lasted as I wear them year round, in all sorts of weather and have never put any sort of spray or sealant on them.......have never had a problem with leaks or marks on them. Have just ordered a replacement pair and cant wait for them to arrive.Debt free = December 2010...as of March 2006 it is now January 2010..... as of December 2008 it is now December 2009 :j hopefully sooner!!:jDEBT FREE:j January 2012, took longer but I got there, all by myself, through sheer hard work and pride!0

Thanks for this OP - I saw some BearPaw boots in TK MAxx today but they didn't have my size and I kind of wanted something different from the usual plain ugg-boot style which was all they had. Just ordered these http://www.amazon.co.uk/Bearpaw-Womens-Brandy-Chocolate-Trimmed/dp/B003CYM3KG/ref=sr_1_16?ie=UTF8&qid=1293564582&sr=8-16
which look fab!0 -
