Tenant Loans
Hi, this is my first post! It's long winded and I appologise...
well I just applied with Tenant Loans to get a loan for £6000. My mother had recently applied for a loan using another company and had to send off £50. she then go a piece of paper through telling her they cant help her.
I applied with Tenant Loans and they agreed I could have £6000 from them as long as I paid a £49.95p set up charge. I called them up and they told me that this guarantees the loan within 3-5 days from them as they are not a broker they are a lender.
I paid the charge knowing what they said and that I could have the loan. They sent me a pice of paper telling me to go to the Post Office as they may be able to help.
Does this mean they miss lead me and took my money through deception?
Please help as I really want to stick it to em'. I would love to find some legislation or something of that effect to send to them.
Many thanks
Mike.
