  • How does Redken compare to Tigi? I've been an avid Tigi S Factor user for about 2 years and love it, but thinking of giving this a go x

I've tried Tigi as well as most other salon brands - in the attempt to get the knots out of my rather thick hair!

But to me nothing beats Redken, L'Oreal Professional and certain Kerastase products. I interchange between all 3. Best in terms of value is the L'Oreal range as they do massive 1500ml bottles which last ages and ages!!!! eg. http://www.feelunique.com/p/LOreal-Professionnel-Serie-Expert-Lumino-Contrast-Shampoo-1500ml at £17.50!!! (and 7% TCB) - its very similar quality to Redken - I guess as they both are in effect the same company. A 1500ml bottle would probably last nearly a year, so when you look at the cost - £17.50 a year for a bottle of shampoo is very economical. If you want to try a smaller pack - try something like this: http://www.lookfantastic.com/hair/loreal-professionnel/serie-expert/gifts-and-packs/l'oreal-professionnel-serie-expert-highlight-enhancing-pack-3-products.html at £5.59 inc. delivery.

Ordered something in November from Look Fantastic - Redken products in fact - and never delivered - then a random email saying I might get it or I might get a refund - then a refund. I wouldn't buy from them again.

I kept emailing them and eventually they sent my item out, and refunded me a week later for it :rotfl:

How did you get your refund? They wouldn't respond to my emails and don't have live people answering their phones, and I had to open a case with paypal. Paypal decided in my favor, but the money never showed up and it's about impossible to contact paypal, either! Either way, I would never shop with Look Fantastic again as they have basically just stolen my money, and apparently did this to other people too.

I emailed about four times, eventually got a standard response and the money a few days later.
