Terms and conditions
1. The winner of the Neilson Active Holidays competition will be entitled to a 7-night winter sports holiday for 2 people to Åre, Sweden, staying at the Hotel Diplomat Åregarden.
2. The holiday prize includes return flights from London Heathrow, coach transfers to resort, 7 nights accommodation, plus the services of Neilson resort representatives.
3. Competition closes at 5pm on 16 November 2006. Prize holiday must be claimed within one month of the winner being notified by the Guardian / Neilson.
4. The prize holiday must be taken during January or March 2007.
5. This prize holiday is subject to availability and cannot be taken during school half-term, Christmas, Easter or New Year.
6. The prize excludes travel to Gatwick airport in the UK, ski equipment, tuition and lift passes. These elements are the responsibility of the prize winner.
7. Competition is open to all UK residents aged over 18.
8. Travel insurance is not included in the prize but is a requirement of booking the holiday and must be obtained by the winner prior to travel.
9. No cash alternative is available and this prize cannot be exchanged or transferred.
10. The full terms and conditions of this competition and all booking conditions detailed in the Neilson holiday brochure bind any persons traveling with Neilson Active Holidays Ltd.
11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize, of equal or greater value, at the promoter's discretion.
