Mortgage lenders and DLA, Carers etc

Hi all,

Does anyone know / recent experiences of banks/building societies which take more than wages into account??

We have long term carers/DLA for my son plus the normal tax credits (if that still exists soon or replaced??) and child benefit. We can get a 10% deposit sorted.

Many thanks in advance

The answer to your question is to see a broker who will better understand who will accept what for your circumstances.

I'd be surprised if DLA is taken in to account as this is a payment specifically for care costs.

If you think tax credits may be replaced / removed, why would you want to borrow against them?
