Really really want an ipad. have tried looking online, but cant see any that might reflect january sales prices.
can anyone advise on where might be the best place to buy one. dont want to rush out and get one to find i spent loads more than i needed to.

Apple products are rarely reduced. I have no idea if these offers are still available, but the only deals I have seen recently on the ipad are:
TJ Hughes - £50 /£100 off, depending on model.
TKMaxx - reduced price but only approx 5 per store, so hard to come by.
Apple - interest-free credit when spending more than £400.
Viking Direct - offer no longer available I think.
There are rumours of a new model in the Spring.
Also some talk of the product being sold at a reduced price (about £200) by mobile phone operators eg Orange if you take out a contract with them for the 3G model.0
