I love them too, just a shame it's oosNow thanks to Tommix & Queen Bear, now Lady Westy of Woodpecker0 -
Problems being - limited colours, especially darker ones which I need as I have short nails and it does seem to take ages to dry. Seems from the posts it is a bit horses for courses on Barry M and Nails Inc, with CND and chanel also mentioned - also not sure about top coats - never used one and will buy one if it helps. I have got a drawer full of various other cheap makes (the usual no 7, 17 etc.) but would rather pay more money for "bulletproof" varnish. sal xx
I've not tried Nails inc before, but at £7 i'l give it a bash....
I love dark colours but can't be bothered with the on and off all the time when it chips, have you tried OPI?? John Lewis had some on sale at £4.50 yesterday if you fancy trying this one???
Although I do favour the Rimmel 60 sec polishes as they drty so quickly, I always forget i've painted my nails and end up smudging, cos i'm impatient......:rotfl:
Didn't we use to be able to buy a quick dry spray from somewhere??? :cool:Challenges - repay all credit cards by end of 2015Starting the savings for retirement :rotfl:

Heylo! I'm an avon lady (and no, im not trying to sell anything, what would be the point as you may aswell order from the website and then i wouldnt get any commission!) lol
I swear by the avon nailwear pro nailvarnishes and then have such fab colours
Only problem i have is if they dont chip off i start to pick at them! lol
I dont use base and top coat but i guess i should really.
You can also buy a quick dry spray from them (its not instant as i thought it would be but its quicker than normal!!) I dont know if theyre doing any free del or %off offers at the mo on the website. The nailvarnishes have all been reduced frol £6each to £3 each recently though many of my customers pay full price:beer:
Edit: I just looked on the website and theyre at £6 ea at the moment but theyre on 3 for 2the matte ones are £3 but DONT buy them... they just flake off

The easiest to apply and the most durable polish I have used is the No 7 collection from boots, and I have tested pretty much every make and brand for my blog. I find you only need to apply one layer, it doesn't streak and applies with a smooth finish which most other brands cannot compare to, I also think that a base coat definately helps keep the colour on longer, mind you last time I went for a deep red no7 varnish it stayed put for many weeks.
I have a bright red nails inc polish and I wasn't very impressed with the results but they do have a good colour range if you have the patience to wait for them to dry and have a very steady hand for precise application.Comping wishlist for 2017

I like Nails Inc.. i don't find mine chip easily or are streaky at all
I find with some colours you may need an extra coat compared to Barry M but it depends how you like your nails to look!
I can't get onto the website otherwise i would definately be ordering.0 -

I agree with you on No7. It really is good and i tend to stock up when Boots have their £5 vouchers around. No7 and Nails inc are definately the best brands in my opinion.0 -
Hi
Just to add to the discussion regarding quality etc, i do find that nails inc go on much more easily and smoother than other polishes ive used so far. But thay do chip easily despite me using their own topcoats and base coats. Barry m in my humble opinion despite being more difficult to put on does not chip fast at all but if you go for the green beware, it soaked through my basecoat and i had gangreen nails lol. No7 chip terribly as do 17 in my opinion by i have found rimmel to be very good too. Think i might try the opi mentioned epecially if its discounted. We should have some sort of nailpolish and makeup review thread really, so you can "buy smarter", i love discussing girly things:o xx
