Hi,

Get ready for a daft question, but....

Once I have boiled an egg, how long can I keep it for?

I would like to boil up 3 say on a Sunday, for Mr EL to take to work as snacks.

My mum used to run a bar and keep them for ages as snacks for people to buy with their drinks, but I can't bring myself to ask her this question...

You lot are my saving grace for cookery knowledge that I 'should' know by now!
