sounds like they have rejected the orders because hundreds of moneysavers have been "trying it on" lol

f you try the code now it says you must have £10s worth of items to use the code....so i guess they've fixed the code and cancelled orders

Emailed them about this and got the following reply today:


Hi there

Thanks for your message, your order was cancelled as you had attempted to use a promotional code that distributed to existing customers and one of the terms and conditions of the voucher was that you had previously place and order with us over the Christmas period. If however this is incorrect and did place a previous order with us ( over £50 ) over the Christmas period then please let us know.
