I am after a wii game ........

that can relax you - meditation etc that kind of thing !!

Any ideas ?
Thanks to MSE I cleared £37k of debt in five years and I was lucky enough to meet Martin to thank him personally.

    Well I thought that there maybe one game !!!

    On the Wii fit plus there are lots of balance exercises, one is a Zen meditation exercise where you have to remain still to stop a candle fluttering, it also has yoga which might fit the bill.

    It's not a meditation game as such, but the Wii 'Endless Ocean' is amazingly relaxing - I haven't tried Endless Ocean 2, but I've heard that's even better. I use it sometimes just to de-stress, it's so soothing.

    Thanks guys - I shall investigate wii fit plus and that endless ocean ! It's really for my OH as she has been told to relax and calm down a bit so I thought 'how can the Wii help.........?'
