good thinking jcl i have done this in the past
also for ben and jerrys i emailed them saying that i wasnt happy with there icecream and that it had icecrystals in it ( this is whats called freezer burns due to the item being defrosted and then refrozen )
so you will get a email back saying that there sorry and this is due the store that you purchased your icecream from doing the above
i used to work in iceland ;-)
so you will get £5 voucher from the two icecream firms

Hi, I've used your laundry liquid in the past & was very pleased with the results.
I'd very much like to try your other products & would be most grateful if you could send me any samples or vouchers.
Many thanks & kind regards
(I also included a couple of questions about their products relating to environmental/recycling issues.)
Hope the above helps.FAIRTRADE NOT FREE TRADE

Ok, well i recieved my ecover vouchers today
I wouldnt try nescafe, they sent me an email back saying that they could not send me any vouchers on request as if they did this then it would not be fair to other consumers who buy their products  Damn.
I tried pg tips, their website is being refurbished so to speak for the 75th anniversery, will be up and running very shortly
I think i prefer complimenting all these wondeful companys
instead of asking them for some vouchers, As of course this isnt very fair on other consumers..... .:D*Wanna Make Loads Of Money*

I phoned up for one of those bowl thingies you put your washing liquid in to go inside the washing machine for my fairy washing liquid. The lady said she would send me one and I asked what I should do in the meantime. She said to use slightly more liquid straight into the drum and she sent me a £2 voucher to compensate for the extra I'd used.0
