Ecover UK
If you really do actually work for Ecover, I doubt whether you have your company's approval to represent them on this site. A well-respected company such as Ecover normally takes better care with their public image than to condone making silly, spiteful-sounding comments in public.
Companies are well aware that, (even taking into account what some might term 'misuse' of their money-off coupons), sending out vouchers DOES pay off in new customers. I myself tried Ecover for the first time as a result of receiving a money-off coupon, and now regularly buy the washing up liquid in place of my normal brand. And having seen how well it works, I am now also planning to replace other laundry and cleaning products with Ecover as well.
Your name, 'undercoverangel' does not in fact suggest an officially sanctioned message from your company, but sounds more like an irritated employee acting on their own behalf, and who is getting a rather sad satisfaction from thinking they have been clever posting a message on this forum.
Get a life, Ms anonymous Ecover employee, and don't presume to represent your company without their knowledge or permission. You are damaging the image of a company that everybody respects, and you will get yourself into trouble.
Kind regards,
MarigoldA penny saved is a penny gained0 -
i completely agree with marigold 123 - i use ecover regularly now due to their vouchers and am switching all my cleaning products over too. I don't believe ecover would allow an employee to act in that way either.0

How do you contact a company i.e. waht do you say? I can't find any sample/voucher request forms on the sites so I assume we should email them - if so, could someone please give me a few hints as to how I should phrase it?0
