i orginally emailed ecover a while ago and never heard from them. So i emailed them again a few days ago and received the vouchers yesterday.

I would email them again.

Got a £2 voucher from findus today cause i emailed them saying to couldnt print off the 50p voucher that was on their website.

They sent me a letter apologising for the inconvience and included a £2 voucher!! lol
I couldve printed the voucher if i had plugged the printer in but its too far to reach on the floor! lol

Today got £1.75 from Ecover! Got a reply back from Dove:-

Dear Ms Crossland

Thank you for your recent email to the Dove Careline regarding sample sizes of our products.

I wanted to take the opportunity to let you know, as a general rule, Unilever Home and Personal Care do not manufacture trial size samples of products, except as part of a specific sampling operation.

I am sorry I cannot help you on this occasion.

Mostly I say I've tried part of their range and would like to try others and then I ask if they can send me any money off coupons. Or we are changing to a more healthy diet. Or other products irratate my childs skin so we want to change our toiletries. Or I ask them if they do a specific product eg I ask Tetly if they do a decaff tea. Or if a company sends me an internet coupon I ask for coupons by mail because my supermarket wont accept internet coupons....

Try and praise the product and be light and amusing LOL
