Basically the principal is that subconsiously you can influence things that happen in your life, a bit what Paul McKenna does. If only you would follow this course to learn how to relax and meditate it would have great benefits for you! I followed the extended version and paid about £700 for it at the time. They now have a free online version and it is really interesting to do. If you can do it with a friend it is even more fun, you'll be amazed at the results!! See what you think (but try to have an open mind!!)

Does or has anyone seen a free course for BSL (British Sign Language) anywhere please.
I am disabled, living on Benefits and not easily mobile so online course would be great so my wife and I can both learn before I lose the rest of me hearing
There are some free resources linked from here.
Good luck

sorry if this sounds silly - which actually get you a qualification? i'm a little confused!Wins since June: iPod shuffle 1gb, Samsung g800, cinema ticket, lush retro giftbox, 2x mp3 downloads, a big box of food (???)0

Beginners Spanish or French would be best. I know a little bit of French (GCSE level) but I think I'd be better to start from scratch because my GCSE's were a bit longer ago than I'd care to remember!
If you've got an ipod or mp3 player, coffeebreakspanish/ coffeebreak french from th podcast collection on itunes are brill for brushing up or totally starting to learn a new language from scratch.0 -

I'm currently doing the Great2Run 20wk running programme:
http://www.great2run.org/about/
It even gives you a national qualification - a BTEC First Certificate in Sport. All for free.
This no longer seems to be free- has a price tag of around £2,000 for a year's membership for schools (as far as I can see)0
