Lionbridge - asked to reapply

A couple of years ago I applied to work from home for Lionbridge, I passed the first test but failed the second. A few days ago I received an email asking me to reapply and send in a copy of my CV, does this seem strange to anyone?
I haven't replied yet and even if its genuine I don't want the job as I have moved onto other things, I'm just curious as I thought due to the nature of the job you could only apply once - any thoughts?

I got an email yesterday asking me to update my details, and was I still interested. They are currently looking for a small no of UK people so going back through people who have applied in the past. They won't accept you if you took but failed one of the tests so it seems a bit dubious, unless someone there hasn't done their homeworkThe only thing we know for sure, is that we know nothing0
