Pots of Gold....winning scratchcards !!

Hope everyone has had a lovely Christmas. My pots of gold made a lovely decoration and talking point at the Christmas table....but was disapointed that none of my scratchards were winners...not even a measly pound. I bought a strip of 14, hoping buying them this way there may be more of a chance of someone having a small win.
Anyone had a couple of winners amongst theirs ?

Lucky you....it would of made it a bit more worthwhile doing them if there had been a small win, although they did look pretty !
  • I did 5 and gave them out as little presents, I've only heard about £1 being won, but everyone thought they were very thoughtful gifts so I'm happy

cherydee - that's unlucky. I bought a strip of 7 scratch cards and 6 have been done and not a single £1 either. I hope the last person wins something :) The first year we were quite lucky and won about £40 across 6 cards. Last year we won £7 across 6 cards.

The Pots of Gold I did for my grandchildrens teachers I did not put in scratchcards but put more chocolates in......however the ones for the Christmas table were close family members and I would of loved to have one or two winning cards amongst them ! Better luck next year !
  • I bought 10 for a pot of gold and there was not a single winning one - still it kept everyone entertained and added a bit of excitement.
