Bumping this for you debtinfo as the welcome was invaluable last New Year too.

You've been a grounded helpful person all through my journey here. A fountain of knowledge and only too willing to help. I've had a few panicky moments through my journey and you've calmly helped me to put things in perspective. Your dememour and presence on this board is needed and appreciated to those who just keep on coming back. :)
