Removing hair dye from radiator and toilet seat?

Options
Hi

DD insists on dying her lovely blonde hair black. She's careful but inevitably there is a bit of hair dye she didn't find and now I'm left with two bits in my bathroom that won't come off.

Do any MSE'ers have any tips on removing old hair dye? One bit is on a painted radiator and the other is just a couple of small dots on ikea toilet seat.

I've tried using a bit of Mr Muscle for bathroom stains and even a bit of bleach applied directly but neither work.

Is the answer painting over it? I can do that with the radiator but not the loo seat.
