42" TV and Built in DVD

...Does anybody know or recommend a 42" TV with built in dvd? i have done a google search but cant find very much? thank you in advance for any replies.......

    Hi, I would not recommend any tv with built in dvd. I used to repair these and it just makes the main appliance less reliable.You can get a fault on the dvd which means your tv is out of service until the dvd is sorted .
    Get yourself a good tv and buy a seperate dvd .
  • the top brands do not make built in dvd players past 28 inch normaly. my hubby is tv enginer and agrees with keith

    Buy a 42" TV and then get a bluray player (you can play DVDs on them too :) )

    Agree.. avoid built in DVD players as they'll nearly always fail well before the TV fails. You can get a small neat player for £30 or £60 for blu ray.
