4. ~ Participation open to those aged 18 and over. Employees and directors of Visit Devon & Marsdens Cottage Holidays, its members, advertising & public relations agencies & their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/members are not eligible to enter.
5. ~ One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing. Drawing will be conducted by Visit Devon whose decisions on all matters related to this prize draw will be final and binding. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the prize draw.
6. ~ The prize of a £400 Marsdens Cottage Holiday voucher can be used in full or part-payment for any holiday booked with Marsdens Cottage Holidays. The voucher has no cash redemption value and is not transferable or assignable. If the holiday cost exceeds the value of the voucher, the balance must be paid by the competition winner. The holiday paid for by the voucher is subject to Marsdens Cottage Holiday normal booking terms and conditions, the details of which are available at https://www.marsdens.co.uk. The prize is subject to availability. No other travel or any other expenses will be paid to or from the accommodation. The holiday voucher must be redeemed by 30th April 2012 and excludes high season weeks/holiday periods (i.e. School holidays, Easter).
