A proper place to buy outdoor fireworks

I need to buy a gift for a friend, a good but not hugely expensive outdoor fireworks. Can you recommend me a reputable online place? Offline or high street places would also be good.

The home/living store "WHAT!" usually offers an excellent selection of fireworks at really good prices. Located throughout the UK.

Could you post a link on its website? Google finds a lot of garbage for "what!".
