Juicy Couture lap top sleeve

Options
We live in Lancashire. On the 13 November my 17 year old daughter went on a weekend theatre trip to London from college. She bought a Juicy couture lap top sleeve at £110 for her sisters xmas present (she had saved for months!) she was asked if it was for Christmas and said yes. She was given a receipt , but not a gift receipt. Unfortunately, the lap top is too big for the bag. We dont want a refund, just a credit note or pay towards something else. There is a juicy couture outlet in Harvey nics manchester (30 mins away) What are the chances of an exchange/credit note in Manchester?

Due to the value of the item, I would send it special delivery!
If you send it recorded I believe its only covered up to the value of around £39 ish (but I am sure someone will be around to correct me on that ??) & if you send it special you can get it covered for the value on your receipt ( keep a copy of your receipt!)
    Hope that help
