They couldn't staff a 'phone only' offer to the general public. There mail order staff are lovely, and work very hard, but they couldn't ever hope to answer that many calls.

To be fair to LUSH they have had a in store offer, and an online offer which is available to everyone. :A

I can't remember when I registered on the Lush forum, but it was a few months ago.

The Lush person who looks after the forum will spend tomorrow cross-referencing the forum members' usernames/email addresses/real names with those given for the phone orders tomorrow, so people who've been using the forum since before Dec. 25th this year will be eligible for the hatbox offer and people who signed up after will get the regular amounts of free stuff. So I can't see how it affects anyone to the degree that they'd be PMing someone who's posted the details of the offer here.

Edit: that also means that unless you're a Lush forum user/lurker there'll be no point calling because it'll be insanely busy and you're not getting the hatbox anyway. Better to go instore and get the good stuff there IMO

yes I get the idea that this was meant to be an exclusive offer...but aren't lots of grabbits that are posted here? we look for loop holes, glitches, misprices and fabulous deals, and when we find them...we share them with others on here. Anyone who is a lush forum member can take advantage of this offer, it's highly unlikely that anyone who joins tonight will be able to (but I bet some will try, and fair play to them), and it's perhaps bought it to the attention of those lush forum members who havent been active on the board the last few days due to the festive period...

I think it qualifies perfectly for this board (the only thing I'd have done different is given it a seperate post where everyone could see it), quick lush fans, grab it while you can

because their mail order room is usually staffed by very few people and it takes all day for the regular forum users to get through, why should they miss out because most people on here will ebay it for a profit? Can't even be arsed going round in circles with this now, it should have never been leaked, its not a grabbit, and many people will miss out due to a selfish bunch, post what vile comments you like but thats the bottom line

I'm quite annoyed to be honest, I've attempted to register for the Lush forum several times in the past year or so, and it never ever goes through, I can't figure out why. I miss out on all these offers
