    Yes, evidence of increased borrowing is required. Basically they just have to honour their contract, and although as you state it seems obvious, NRAM will point blank refuse to honour this unless you fight them.

    I got a letter from NRAM saying they had received my official complaint and would reply within 8 weeks - no mention of any waivers or anything - this was on the 3rd of March.

    Looks like all ERC are now waived - active 7th March - extremely good news!! I'll be ordering my quote for redemption and look forward to seeing the ERC NOT included :)
