What would you repeat and what would you do differently?

Christmas is almost here and I wondered what you would repeat and what you would do differently?
I would make cards and sweets with my daughters again next year. I would find more time to do more craft i.e. salt dough decorations with the kids.
What would I do differently - not buy everything I think my daughters would like. They are totally overwhelmed by the shear volume. Also as it was bought in drips and drabs I lost track of the money spent. I've made a significant hole in my husbands wallet.

nope wouldn't do anything diff, except next crimbo i wouldn't like morning sickness which i'm getting every afternoon. spend an hour yesterday not moving , as too scared too. but will all be worth it.
i love having family time with my gorgeous hubby and our 3 amazing children. so as long as i'm with them thats whats important. seeing the kids little faces in the morning ( once they finally woke at 8 am,lol) was just the best, and i knew we had got a perfect crimbo.0 -
I'd try to not get a skin infection in days running up to xmas which meant that face swelled up and couldnt see so therefore couldnt go into work (nurse), then would also try to not get chest pain and end up in urgent care for two hours on xmas morning, and again couldnt work that day either.
Ended up having days off over xmas that wasnt meant to, couldnt see most of xmas eve and got hubby all worked up on the big day with the pain. Luckily nothing serious.
Other than that wouldnt change anything.

I would finish it all earlier! I usually aim to have the last few bits done early December and I was heading that way-till we got snow Late November and that followed by the ice put me a fortnight behind. Then work asked me to up my hours with immediate effect, but still I thought hubby is off week before xmas and can finish off anything left undone but then my Nan had burst water pipes and has been living with us and we've been sorting out her flat.
On the plus side, I am really happy that the kids had less items this year (though they were more expensive) as everything has been played with.
Am seriously considering eating out next year though, cos I would like some 'relax' time for me.0
