What's the policy procedure for deferring a payment with these? Last time I used them 6 months or so ago they actually phoned me asking if I wanted to defer I didn't want or need to then so I declined. My full repayment is due to come out on the 13th but I need to defer until the 23rd. Their website isn't very helpful it just says call their 0870 number where you on hold for ages!

Thanks.

  • I am guessing payday loan companys are doing a lot of business today which is why you are waiting. Come the start of next year I am imagining a lot of threads about payday loans appearing here. If it isn't till the 13th then you should have time to contact them after the christmas rush has passed, even better do what ever you can to get money before then and pay the loan off earlyt and save yourself some money in interest.
There's no sense crying over every mistake.
You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.
  • Defer Loan Please select a deferral option:

Option One - The minimum you would need to repay this month would be the charges of £75.00. We would then defer the principal balance of £300.00 to your next payday, on which you would be due to repay £375.00 including charges

Option Two - We do suggest, if you can, that you pay some extra off of the principal balance in order to reduce next month's repayment.
Option Two is that you pay £125.00 (£75.00 charges and £50.00 off the loan). We would then defer £250.00 to your next payday, on which you would be required to repay £312.50 including charges.

Option Three - If you would like to discuss paying a different amount to reduce your principal balance (including charges) please call us on 0871 271 6111.
