I'm so excited, i know its only a small thing but after 4 years we finally made our first overpayment on our mortgage. It's only £50 but this is goig to be a reguler payment wich will reduce our mortgage by 4years, not bad for what seems like a very small payment. We are hoping to keep increasing the overpayments but for today we are celebrating that on christmas eve we turned our mortgage term from 30 years to 26 and with another payment planned with some money we are expecting it will be 25. the same as anyone else out there, wich to us is a huge acheivement.:j
back to comping in 2017, fingers crossed
