  • Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy 2011 to everyone x
  • Just wanted to add the good wishes to everyone to have a very happy christmas and for good {or better health} to those who don't have it, and a very much wealthier christmas to all........... and I can't thank family and friends on here I know, but I have been overwhelmed with all the good wishes I have recieved from people that are aware of my situation, and bless them for the presents they have showered on my children...I pre-warned the kiddies that there would not be much........and then out of the blue Santa came knocking on the door with a deluge......their kindness has truly made me cry....................................love and best wishes to all

    Christmas was coming,
    The goose was getting fat,
Did you have a penny for the old man's hat?
If you hadn't got and penny
    a Hapenny would do
If you hadn't got a Hapenny
    Then God bless you!!

Seasons greetings (a little late) added because I agree with whats been said above. There are many people on this forum who have helped me with advice, information and opinions, often making me see things from a different perspective. Sometimes it takes a "stranger" to show you the way.

Declaring Bankrupt was a hard thing for me to do, both OH and myself did it on the same day and have had to face the challenges together. The information on here has kept me sane and even tempered and thus my relationship with my OH is the best it has ever been (and we have been together 20 odd years now).

There have been a few threads over the past few weeks, where nastiness has been bandied about and certain people have declared they are to leave the board. I hope they stay - because we are a network of support for eachother, and whereas you can't please all the people all of the time, there will be that one person who, because of your words, will find peace, happiness and calm in these turbulent times. It is extremely hard on the psych going bankrupt because of the stigma that has been placed on it over the centuries - just think we all could be in debtors prison if born in earlier times!!!

So I wish EVERYONE well, and hope that we find peace and happiness in 2011. Times will be hard with the countries finances almost in as great a shape as ours were/are when we sit in front of that judge. I hope that everyone is able to have what they NEED, be that money, security, love or health - because it isn't always what we want that makes us happy it is what you need.

Love and Best Wishes for the New Year.
    God Bless.
