Hi - I think this is when you win tickets....
I had a similar text about a week ago and cannot get any details of what it is at the moment.... I have rang the number they give but they have told me it takes around 2 weeks to go onto their systems (especially if they need to verify whether or not you are a Barclays customer) but that If I ring in the New Year they will confirm my prize...

I had one of these today too, worded exactly the same. it will be for my football that I won a couple of weeks ago.
Ive also won match tickets but the email was worded differently for them..
"Congratulations on being a winner with Barclays Ticket Office! In order for us to despatch your Barclays Premier League match tickets, please could you reply to this email, or call" etc etc

For those that have received this email how did you enter ie text? online comp? As i've entered this comp lots and won a fair bit and on every win had to submit my address details etc but have received no emails, wins date back to 1st week of decA home is not a home ..... without a dog
