Oh no, sorry to hear that.

If you cant leave it alone then just wipe away using cooled boiled water on a cotton bud or cotton wool ball. You may find it glues itself shut during the night so again use boiled water & cotton wool to clean. Make sure you dont corss contaminate as conjunctivitus highly contagious. You can tell I'm a mother :o:rotfl:

Hope you're not suffering too much

    xx

Thanks girls :A Got some drops this morning after a restless night. Had my nails done this morning and did a basic supermarket shop including 2 bikinis, but I'm not sure about one of them :(

Not done anything else, feeling really washed out - and eyes are very watery. Had plans to get sorted with holiday wardrobe this weekend but nothing has been done so far

Do you look like you've been crying with the eye infection? Has happened to me a few times as a contact lens wearer if dust gets into them or something. Can be really embarrassing in public places if your eyes are all watery and people look at you because they think you are crying :o

Does a bit but more severe as one eye is quite swollen. Kept my sunglasses on whilst having my nails done (it was raining :rotfl::rotfl:) - thankfully, after 12 years at the same salon they are used to me :D

:( also hope you're better soon - as Lula says it's highly contagious so do be careful about using separate cotton wool for each eye etc. Also - know not very MSE - but it would be sensible to chuck any eye make-up you've been using and replace it, so you don't risk re-infection from eg. mascara.

Thanks Rosa - hadn't thought about the make up thing but it's good advice :A
