I have remained unbelievably restrained and am very annoyed that you have refunded my postage costs out of the blue as a means of throwing your toys out of your pram.

Orders cannot be fulfulled today as we can't send them out today - the couriers are closed for Christmas until after Boxing Day.
I am not throwing my toys out the pram by refunding you your shipping cost (as that is all you paid) - I am providing the service you asked for.0 -

So, in the long post back Pixtrix what your basically saying is i was right lol
Secondly, if i were to receive a refund for an item in such circumstance's would assume the order had been terminated.
You seem to need to give a little more thought to how your words and actions come off to overs.I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -

Yes, you are right! I didn't say you weren't. I'm just trying to put things into perspective, although it doesn't seem it's possible now
By the way I didn't refund out the blue, I sent an email yesterday to the customer (at 18.40) to tell her about the refund and the voucher refund as well. I got no response.0 -

How long did you wait for a responce? maybe she was out shopping at the supermarket? or sat watching a film? visiting friends etc

Stop moaning about her posting. The alternative is that the mods will simply end up deleting this thread.
She's admitted she made a mistake, and is attempting to put things right as far as possible. She tried to do the print as a special order in time, unfortunately she didn't get the correct image quickly enough. She's then offered to refund all the costs, even though that will leave herself out of pocket for the Groupla voucher. That sounds like pretty good customer service to me, mistakes happen and that's unfortunate and annoying, but at least she's trying to rectify things as far as possible. If only all companies would do that.0 -

For the record she was rude on the phone to me and totally dismissive about the fact that I wouldn't get the canvas in time for Christmas despite ordering it on Decmber 2.
The only reason why she has refunded me is because I have gone public about her appalling customer service.
I am really upset about not getting the canvas in time because it was suppose to be a present for my in-laws of their first grandchild who was born this summer.
As I am working today I will have no time to buy them an alternative gift in time.
She has only apologised and refunded me because I have publicly critisized her. Just remember that.Third time lucky on WW I hope :j

I am not being miserable just really fed up with being let down so badly.
I didn't check my emails last night and when I checked them this morning the refund for my postage costs had been made last night.
